4.45 Feverfew Tanacetum parthenium L.

This Frequent garden flower comes with an outstanding Standing for treating migraines. Recent clinical studies have proved it also alleviates inflammation and stress-related stress. As it's relatively sour, I generally unite feverfew with lavender and California poppy to create a tincture. As a migraine preventative, just take 1/2 into one teaspoon of the tincture two to 3 times per day for five days, rest for two days, then repeat the cycle.
