Cabana Rentals and Premium Seating

To truly maximize your Volcano Bay experience, why not take advantage of one of the premium upgrade options?

• Premium Seating - If you want to avoid having to search for a sun lounger, this is the perfect option. Premium Seating is a set of 2 sun loungers with a sun-blocking shade, a locker, and a shared server who takes food and drink orders. Pricing is $30 to $70 per day, depending on the season.

• Cabana Rentals - The ultimate in luxury, there are several different varieties of cabanas for you to choose from. All include sun loungers, fridge with bottled water, complimentary fruit, a cabana attendant and towels. The top feature is a tablet that allows you to reserve your place in line for any of the park’s rides from your cabana without having to tap your TapuTapu physically. A single cabana for up to 6 people is priced at $160 to $450 at the lower level and $200 to $700 on the raised level. A family suite for up to 16 people is $350 to $900.

Park Areas – Attractions

For each attraction, we list minimum height requirements and maximum guests weight restrictions.

Krakatau:

At the heart of the park, you’ll see the 200-foot-tall volcano called Krakatau. By day, you’ll see its majestic waterfalls. And by night, the volcano illuminates with blazing lava.

Three body slides are at the rear of the volcano; each starts with trap doors that drop from beneath you:

• Ko’okiri Body Plunge: (48”, 300 lbs) A racing, 70-degree drop that plummets 125-feet through the center of Krakatau. It is the world’s first slide to travel through a pool filled with guests.

• Kala and Ta Nui Serpentine Body Slides: (48”, 275 lbs) Two intertwining drop slides where you’ll fall freely along 124 twisting feet. Green is more intense than blue.

• Punga Racers: (42”, 49” to ride alone, 150 lbs) A high-speed race through four different enclosed slides on manta-shaped mats.

• Krakatau Aqua Coaster: (42”, 49” to ride alone, 700 lbs combined) The park’s star attraction where you sit in canoes and travel up and down through the park’s iconic volcano. A 4-person water rollercoaster.

Wave Village:

Located at the base of Krakatau, Wave Village is a perfect place to soak in the sun and relax on the sandy shores. It includes:

• Waturi Beach: (Under 48” must wear a life vest) A wave pool where you can swim, relax on the sand or indulge in private, one- or two-story cabanas.

• The Reef: (Under 48” must wear a life vest) An adjacent leisure pool with calmer waters and views of riders on the Ko’okiri Body Plunge.

River Village:

River Village offers several family-friendly attractions and experiences:

• Kopiko Wai Winding River: (Under 48” must wear a life vest) A gentle, winding river that passes through the volcano’s hidden caves, featuring spontaneous water effects and a journey through the cave of starlight.

• Tot Tiki Reef: (Max 48”) A toddler play area with spraying Maori fountains, slides and a kid-size volcano.

• Runamukka Reef: (Max 54”) A three-story water playground inspired by the coral reef with twisting slides, sprinklers and more.
