22Full Squat with Arm Extension
Malasana
Come back into a full squat. Use padding underneath your heels to anchor yourself. In this deep squat, lean your torso forward between your legs, arms reaching out along the floor. You can use blocks or bolsters to support your arms wherever feels right. Stay here for several long slow breaths. You can shake out your legs before moving to the next pose if you need.
23Bean with Head Heal
Release down onto your knees and walk your elbows forward. Rest your head in your hands, with the heels of your hands on your cheekbones and your palms over your eye sockets. Breathe here for as long as feels good.
