How to Cook:

1. Separate cream and cookies, put the cookies in a zip lock bag, and crush them. Put the cream in a small microwaveable bowl and microwave it for 2 mins.

2. Pour it in a deep bowl and whip it using a hand beater or electric whisk.

3. Now pour in the powdered sugar and the cream from cookies.

4. Whip it till it gets double in volume.

5. Mix the crushed cookies in the whipped cream with a folding motion.

6. Transfer it in a Ziploc bag, cut the one corner and pipe it in a serving bowls.

7. Sprinkle some cookie crumb on it to garnish.

8. Serve.

TIPS: You can refrigerate it also till the time to serve.
