Everyone will have to understand their role and how to execute their part within the plans.

The great communicator will also pay very close attention to all of the details. It is impossible to execute the perfect strategy without having a solid understanding of the small details that will make all the difference in everything going smooth. Knowing who does what and being able to both coordinate and orchestrate it to perfection will make you a very influential person.

It is no small task to tackle large projects and execute them flawlessly. It means that all players are right where they need to be and doing everything they need to in order to make things work. This takes awesome amounts of communication skill. There is no way to have it get done accidentally the right way. It takes a lot of work and know-how.

A signature is just a small detail but imagine how rough it would be for a mortgage company to stay in business if they failed to pay attention to having customers place a signature on the contracts? They would be out of business in no time. There are times that the small details are all that make a difference.
