Ingredients
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons minced onions
3 finely minced garlic cloves
2 -4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups sour cream
salt & freshly ground black pepper ( to taste)
Directions
Mix the garlic, vinegar, onion and water in saucepan.
Allow to simmer for FIVE minutes.
Add sugar.
Simmer till dissolves.
Allow to cool.
Blend in mayonnaise.
Blend in sour cream
Blend in salt
Blend in pepper.
Keep the dressing in the refrigerator for a while.
