Put on the T-shirt and place the medallion around your neck, saying, Dream seller, dream seller, bring to me fame, grant sporting success and increasing acclaim, bring my right place, so all know my face.

Start to sway, waving your arms over your head, saying, Dream seller, dream seller, let me soon, let me rise, rise to the skies, win every prize.

Jump up and down, reaching upwards a little further each time; with a final leap, clasp your medal in your hands and say, The prize is done, and I have won.

If possible, wear the T-shirt and medallion all day.
