This process may need to be repeated occasionally to completely flush the digestive tract. Depending on how much toxicity we may have accumulated or how sick we are when we start.
It is possible that while the first cleanse may rid the body of many stones, sometimes they are not all removed, and sometimes they only travel further through the tubes, so some of the same symptoms may come back again in a few days (in which case, the process needs to be repeated).
Keep in mind that everybody is different. Feel free to repeat the cleanse every month until a full recovery takes place. But absolutely do not practice this cleanse while suffering from acute liver pain!
This is a very safe cleanse that has been conducted safely even on elderly individuals. No one has reported pain, but some have reported feeling slightly different for a day or two afterward. Most people claim to feel lighter, cleaner, and more energized.
While gallstones are thought to be formed in the gallbladder instead of the liver, this is actually not the case. It is also not widely known that there are actually hundreds of tiny, soft stones, rather than just a few hard ones, as many claim.
While gallstones are not connected to any kind of pain, they can cause an obstruction, which can shock the body into feeling pain.
This is why the softer stones are unknown because, by the time acute gallstone pain attacks happen, the gallstones have already made their way to the gallbladder and are now large and calcified enough to be seen on an x-ray.
At this point, unfortunately, people tend to visit the emergency room which leads to surgical removal from the gallbladder. This takes care of the large stones, but the obstructions and digestive problems will remain because the softer stones were not handled.
This is why cleansing the gallbladder regularly is so crucial to the overall health of the body.
Once your liver and gallbladder are nice and happy, you are ready to move on to the colon.
