Fresh Fruit Skewers

Prep time: 10 - 15 mins

Serves: 8

INGREDIENTS:

Choose some or all of the following:

8 hulled strawberries

8 raspberries

8 grapes

8 pineapple cubes

16 blueberries

8 mango cubes

8 thick kiwi slices

8 melon cubes

8 apple cubes

METHOD:

Using x8 skewers, place equal amounts of each fruit on your skewers.

STORAGE:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours

Chocolate & Nut Coated Fruit

Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 5 mins

Serves: 10+

INGREDIENTS:

For the fruit:

Choose from the following sliced fruit: bananas, melon, apples, kiwi, oranges, pineapples, cherries, pears, mangoes, peaches, nectarines or whole strawberries or raspberries.

For the chocolate & nut:

250g chopped walnuts

200g dark vegan chocolate
