Resizing the icons

The size of the circles must be about an inch and if the icons are too big, reduce them so they fit into the circle. Reduce the size of the icons by selecting all the icons, hold onto the shift key, go to the size tab and make sure the lock aspect ratio is checked then change either the height or the width.

Next, layer the icons over each of the circles by using the arrange tool. Select one of the icons then one of the circles and click on the format tab. Select align and make sure align selected objects is checked then align to center and then align to middle.

When you do this, the icon seems to have disappeared but it's hidden behind the circle. Select the circle, right-click your mouse and then send the circle to the back.

Repeat these steps for the other sets.
