The mission and vision is around the business model and it reads strategy and resource allocation, outlook, performance and risk and opportunities. The business model passes through the following phases: input, business activities, outputs and outcomes.

The inputs financial, manufactures, intellectual, human, social and relationship and natural passes through the business model come out through outcome. These outcomes are again feed into inputs in an external environment.
