Communications through authorized online channels as well as the utilization of application and instant messaging services can support the quantity and immediate requirements needed to tackle the situation (Fagherazzi et al., 2020; WHO, 2020).

Following the guidelines communications, shortage of necessities and resources that are essential for preventive measures against COVID-19 (for example, face masks, gel hand sanitizer, etc.) (Southey, 2020) are the next issue that can be resolve by digital technology.
