12 Apply some edible glue to the back and sides of the head and place the triangle on the back of the head, bringing the centre point forward to the top of the head. Fold the paste into the sides, bringing the end up to the centre, and then fold the point over at the top.

13 Make a bow using the remaining paste, by rolling two small flattened cone shapes. Attach to the points to the centre top of the turban, and then add a small ball in the centre to finish (G).

14 To make the hair, soften 10g (1⁄4oz) of teddy bear brown sugarpaste with white vegetable fat and then fill the hair gun or garlic press. Extrude some strands of hair and twist together, three at a time, to make some curls. Arrange around the front of the turban (G).
