REIKI LEVEL 3

This is the master level. A fourth symbol is given in this level. And, essentially, at this level, we learn that there is no doing Reiki and that instead we are simply being Reiki. We are in the oneness of all that is, which allows us to open to the flow of life as it is. This master level is really a journey to know yourself. All the work we do at this level is to enable us to look deeply into our own inner landscape. To be a master is simply to delve into our own crap and clear it out, constantly, and to be fully aware and conscious of what we are projecting. Often, when it comes to levels of Reiki, we give these labels too much weight; regardless of the level, it is up to the individual to either coast along or truly do the work. Level 3 is technically the professional level, but, again, that can look very different depending on your own practice.

By the master level, the practitioners’ intuition is much more developed and they have learned to trust and listen to that innate wisdom through their hands and their energy field. Beyond the master level, a practitioner becomes well versed in the language of energy and is discerning in what to share and in how to share it with students and clients.

It’s important to reiterate that since self-care is the foundation from which any Reiki practitioner begins, don’t hesitate to ask your practitioner if self-care and meditation is part of his daily routine. Again, tune in to your intuition and choose a practitioner that resonates with you, no matter what level.
