Ingredients for the macarons:

1 ¾ cup + 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. of powdered sugar

¼ cup + 1 ½ Tbsp. of egg whites

¼ cup + 3 Tbsp. of white sugar

2/3 cup of water

Ingredients for the buttercream:

3 sticks of butter, warm

1 pound of powdered sugar

1/16 tsp. of lavender oil

3 tsp. of honey

2 to 3 drops of food coloring, optional
