Here you’re on the 18 peg, and you are going to turn

around and go back the other way.

You are only working on the first leg at the moment.

Just continue to ewrap back the other way.

At this point just ewrap back the way you came till you get back to the beginning and knit over.

Now knit over with your hook.

Using your hook pull it straight up and over, then go to the next peg, and continue until you have all 18 pegs done.

This is what it will look like after you have pulled it over the other loop of yarn.
