“That stupid bitch!”

We’d been in our hotel room for five minutes, in that time I’d told William the story five times and yelled at the doorman. I was throwing my purse around by its strap, I couldn’t make my mind up between standing or sitting down. If she had dared to talk to me that way in the street I would’ve put her face through a wall.

“I’ll have a word with her husband.”

With her husband? That’s how it was dealt with? Running off to the man to sort out his woman?

“No thanks, I’ll catch her before she gets to her room.”

I headed for the door in a blind rage, but William blocked my way.

“That isn’t how we handle matters of like this.”

That was it, I was done. Done with this upper class bullshit. It was a nice ride, but it was time for me to get off.

I pulled the diamonds from my ears, kicked the heels across the floor and began to scratch at the red dress like it was a bad rash. I wanted out of this, away from these stupid, irritating people and the nonsense they spouted. I wasn’t fit for this world, who was I kidding? They could have their William; I wanted my simple life with simple pleasures. I was not and never would be a Greyson, and I was proud of that fact.

“I don’t care about the way matters are dealt with. I don’t care about these parties or these clothes. I don’t care if it’s designer, I don’t care if it’s handmade by some weird cult of nuns in France, I don’t give a crap if it’s been sitting in a basement for fifty years and still tastes no different to any other wine you can buy for a dollar. I don’t care, William!”

He just stood there, staring at me, a red blanket beginning to cover his face, and it was then that I noticed I’d torn my dress apart so much so that my breasts were showing and the thin strip of red that was covering my lower body lay half-ripped over my dark skin.

William began to laugh at me. At first I thought he was mocking me, but as he leaned toward my mouth with his, I realized he was agreeing with me.

“Then let’s not care together.”

That mouth I’d been thinking of for so long had finally graced my ruby-coated lips. From the first night I stayed in his poolhouse I let my hand slide down my body and pleasured myself senseless over the thought of Mr. Greyson in his Armani suit, slowly unzipping his trousers and taking me from behind. Now I had his hands around my bare waist and his mouth interlocked with my own, I was finally going to reduce this upstanding gentleman to a sweaty, pleasure-crying mess and I couldn’t wait. I was going to show him exactly what a woman could do for him – a real woman, not some skinny trophy made of ice.
