Shape the dough, and for this, use a dough scraper, spatula, or a large knife to fold the side of dough until it roughly resembles a round disc.

Take a large piece of parchment sheet, use the dough scraper to flip the dough on the center of the sheet seam-side-down, and then gently shape the dough into a slightly round or oval shape.

When the pot has heated, use the parchment sheet to place the dough into the pot, shut with the lid, and then bake it for 30 minutes.

Then uncover the Dutch oven or pot, and then continue cooking the bread for 10 to 15 minutes until the top turns golden brown.
