CHAPTER TWELVE

IN. CAVE.

JESSIE SIGHS IN RELIEF as LOOTAH strikes flint lighting a torch.

Then others grab torches that are inside lighting up the whole place.

Gunshots and screams ring out as all sit quietly placing torches in holes in the walls.

WALLS ARE PAINTED IN ANCIENT CHEROKEE PAINTINGS OF BATTLES, LIFE, DEATH, ETC.

ALL STARE AT WALLS AS GUNS SHOTS RING OUT ALL AROUND THEM.

LOOTAH GRABS TORCH and walks further up into the cavern and all others follow suit.

GO PRO VIEW OF JESSIE.

JESSIE is following from rear with ABEY in front of her.

JESSIE looks up as light flickers ahead.

IT STOPS.

Column of KIDS enter into a massive open cave.

GO PRO SHOT ENDS.

MORE PAINTINGS DECORATE THE WALLS WITH BONES OF THE DEAD hanging above them by the hundreds.

RATS SCURRY AWAY.

SOUNDS OF BATS AND FLYING FLUTTERING.

All hold their noses and mouths.

THEN...

LOUD SCREAMS that are not human echo out scarring the kids who freeze in fear.

LOUD WHISTLES.

CLICKING WITH MOUTH NOISES.

At front of GROUP is a pile of broken bone shards from humans and beasts of all kinds piled high as a man.

KIDS RETREAT BACK TO OTHER CAVE as another loud scream echos the cave.

Then kids are holding their noses and mouths from stench.

LOUD TAPPING ON WALL SOUNDS.

LOOTAH hand signs to ABEY and she interprets to JESSIE.
