My coffee cake is lovely, indeed.

Delicious coffee cake is a great dessert; breakfast in hurry as well. Enjoy homemade coffee cake with cup of your favorite coffee brand.

The first time I tasted coffee cake, is when I baked it. The coffee cake is that picture. The molasses blended well with the ingredients. Nevertheless, you can enjoy coffee cake with milk.

COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients:

· 1 ½ cups flour (all purpose and sifted)

· 1 teaspoon baking soda

· 1 teaspoon baking powder

· ½ teaspoon sea salt (any)

· ¼ cup coconut oil (any)

· ¾ cup brown sugar

· ½ cup coconut milk, or cow’s milk

· 1 egg (beaten)
