If you accept this, it’s fine. It’s only the getting-stuck part that’s painful. Imagine that you’re in a canoe, being carried rapidly down a river. It’s only going to hurt if you reach out and try to hold onto something on the shore.

Unhappy with the way things are going? Great, it’s going to change soon. Happy with the way things are going? Too bad, it’s going to change soon. Embrace it! Change is the only constant.
