Ingredients:

1/2 c butter

2 c milk chocolate chips

1 c chopped walnuts

1 (16 ounce) package colored miniature marshmallows

2 cups flaked coconut

Directions:

Spread two sheets of wax paper out and sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on each in a line.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate chips. Remove from the heat and cool slightly. Stir in the marshmallows and nuts.

The mixture before it is rolled into a log.

Split the mixture between the waxed sheets. Pour the mixture over the coconut. Sprinkle the coconut from the edges on to the top part. Roll up in to logs and refrigerate overnight.

Slice logs into ½ thick slices. Keep in the refrigerator in wax paper and sealed bags.
