Crystal Body Layout

1. Find a quiet, Zen place to lie down. You can add light music if you prefer.

2. Make yourself comfortable. Lie faceup.

3. See the diagram on page 134. This is where to place the crystals; this layout is placed on your physical body.

4. Set a specific intention; say it aloud or in your mind as you are ready to close your eyes and relax. Intention means what you desire and project with your thoughts. Here are two intentions; you can use one or both. Intention one: “I am and I allow myself to completely relax. I am healing my body physically, emotionally, and mentally. I accept this healing and am always protected by the light that surrounds me. I give myself permission. My session today is to allow myself to be abundant in—state your desire specifically, or say—all ways in this Earthly life.” For your information, abundance can be of health, money, friends, family, lovers, business, and so on. Intention two: “Money and good fortune come my way easily. I can earn it, I can win it, I can be gifted it, and I happily accept it because I deserve it.” Feel in your body that you’re deserving. To guide yourself toward this deserving feeling, place your hands on your heart chakra as you say the second intention. This helps you to literally feel and can be what you need to make your conscious and subconscious understand that you do deserve love, money, health, and all that you desire.

5. If you are a visual person, as you close your eyes and state this intention, try to imagine a green or gold healing light moving over your entire body. Just relax, and if you fall asleep, know it is just fine to do so.

6. When you wake or open your eyes after the session is complete, focus on your feet and imagine them as roots going into the ground like a tree. This visualization will help you feel more alert and return to your physical body. Say in your mind or aloud, “I am perfectly fine and well, and my body is self-healing. I am balanced and feel great. I am abundant [say in what or all you desire], and I deserve this abundance to come to me this year of 20__, Earth dimension.” This makes a difference—I’m totally serious! As you open your eyes and state you are balanced and well, you will notice both of your feet. This helps you come back into the present moment and ground. Take a few minutes before you get completely up, and slowly arise when ready. Please drink water to hydrate.
