-Inhalation, shift your weight a bit more forwards over your hands, lift the upper body up, straighten your arms, push the top of the feed against the mat and create a backbend shape called upward facing dog or Urdhva Mukha Svanasana.

-Exhale, push your weight backwards, roll over the top of your feed (if possible) otherwise tuck your toes one by one under and plant the soles of your feed into the mat while bringing your hips up towards the ceiling to reach Downward facing dog, Adho Mukha Svanasana.

Stay here for five breath and work on the length of your lower spine. Push into your hands while pushing your hips as high as you can towards the ceiling. Remember there is a string attached to your tailbone, pulling your hips up and allowing your sit bones to spread out.
