 Trading Signal Five: Double Repenetration (DRPO) Pattern

This is a directional pattern trading strategy using a 3x3 moving average. Instead of inputting 3 under Period and 0 under Shift, you will use 3x3 as shown below.

This is how it works. If price is thrusting/trending down, then jumps up across the 3x3 moving average, down again and above again. This is what we can double penetration of displaced moving average. This is a reversal pattern. It indicated the end of a strong trend. This is a zig zag that will often stop many market players out. We have two types DRPO Buy and DRPO sell.

DRPO Buy- When the price is thrusting/trending down, then jumps up across the 3x3 moving average, down again and above again.

DRPO Sell - occurs when the price is thrusting/trending up, then jumps down across the 3x3 moving average, up again and down again.

However please note for this signal to be valid the Double RePo signal candles must be preceded by a minimum of 8-10 periods of thrusting market action (candles); if you get 15 or more is better.

After the up thrust, we need closes below, above, and again below the 3X3, before the sell signal is trigger. The reverse is true for down thrust (buy signal).
