1 1/4 Teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 Teaspoons baking powder

1/4 Teaspoons salt

1/4 Teaspoons baking soda

1 stick unsalted butter, at the room temp

5 slices bacon cut into 1/4 pieces

1/2 Cup granulated sugar

1/2 Cup extra crunchy peanut butter

1/2 Cup packed light brown sugar

1 large egg

Instructions:

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

Cook bacon until browned, drain.

Combine baking powder, flours, baking soda and salt in a bowl, combine.

Beat butter until creamy, add in the sugar and brown sugar and beat until well combined.

Beat in peanut butter, add the egg and vanilla and mix well.

Stir the flour mixture and then stir the bacon.

Form 1-inch balls, place on baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
