1. Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Coat first 4 ingredients with cooking spray; arrange on grill grate. Grill 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove stems and seeds from bell peppers; discard. Chop vegetables.

2. Combine olive oil and next 6 ingredients (through black pepper) in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Reserve 1 ½ tablespoons cilantro mixture. Add farro to remaining cilantro mixture; toss to coat.

3. Divide farro mixture, vegetables, beans, cheese, and avocado among 4 shallow bowls. Drizzle with reserved cilantro mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
