Makes 3 large naan
• 4½ tablespoons warm milk (105°F. to 115°F.)
• 1½ teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 cup unbleached white flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
