Almond Butter Sandwich Bread

Serves 4-6

1½ cup almond butter

2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

5 eggs

1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate

½ tsp. salt

3 tbsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. water

How to Bake…

Preheat the oven up to 300 degrees and grease a loaf pan. Combine the eggs in a bowl and beat well. Add in the almond butter and vinegar. Slowly stir in the oil, salt and sodium bicarbonate until smooth. Pour your batter into the loaf pan and bake it for forty minutes.

Chocolate Bread

Serves 4-6

2 cup sifted almond flour

1 tsp. sodium bicarbonate

½ tsp. salt

¼ cup cacao powder

1½ cup avocado (mash)

3 tbsp. coconut oil (melt)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2½ tbsp. coconut cream

3 tbsp. honey

2 eggs

½ cup pecans

⅓ cup chocolate chips

How to Bake…

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan. Chop, or crush, the pecans and combine them with the other dry ingredients. Leave the chocolate chips out for now. Set this bowl aside and get a new bowl out. Mix the avocado in a food processor until smooth and add the other wet ingredients. Pulse the mixture. Now fold in the chocolate chips evenly. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake it for forty five minutes.
