Sheridan could have stayed here forever. Brad lay at her side, naked and glorious, while he massaged his semen into her skin. His hands felt enormous on her small breasts. Tall men usually intimidated her, but not Brad. He made her feel safe, not insignificant.
âYouâre so big,â she said with a happy sigh.
âThank you, kitten. I assume that was a compliment?â
âIs a woman telling a man heâs big ever an insult?â
âNot often.â
âI just⦠We fit well together. Donât we? Even though youâre so much bigger than I am.â
His hand slid between her legs and cupped her vulva. âI like a girl who fits in the palm of my hand. And a girl who wants to fall asleep covered in my come. And a girl who wonât take off her collar even when given permission.â
âSounds like you like me,â she said.
âI like you very much, Sheridan.â His hand roamed her thighs, coming to rest on her stomach. They were under his covers now in his bed. His big low bed in his surprisingly cozy bedroom. The walls were a stern dark blue, but the floors were honey-colored hardwood. A large bay window looked out onto his backyard. A tree branch, heavy with snow, swayed in the wind, and a light from somewhereâmaybe the streetâmade the snow glow like it was illuminated from within.
âI like you, too, Mr. Wolfe. Too much, probably.â
âHow much is too much?â
She moved closer to him, hungry for his body. âYou know,â she said. âEnough itâs going to hurt when I leave.â
âI wonât make you leave.â
She gave him a look. âI have to leave,â she said. âRight?â
He only shrugged in that infuriating way men sometimes did when they wanted to seem cool and non-committal. âDo you?â
âI have a job.â
âGo to work. Then come back here.â
âFor what? Kink and sexâ¦or something more?â
âAll of the above. Why not?â
She stared at him, not believing what she was hearing. âWhy not? Youâre asking me why not?â
âYes, why not? What are your reasons why not?â
Sheridan sat up, pulling the covers up to her chest. This conversation wasnât one she should be having naked in bed with a man who was also naked. âWhereâs your bathroom?â
He pointed at a door. Sheridan grabbed his discarded T-shirt off the floor and took it into the bathroom with her. If she wasnât so flustered, she might have appreciated the nice white bath with the enormous tub. After using the bathroom, she pulled his t-shirt on and washed her face. When she was ready to face him, she opened the door and went back into the bedroom.
Brad was sitting in bed, pillows stacked behind him, looking casual and comfortable, like a man who had all night to talk this out with her.
âI canât,â she said, just to get it over with.
The covers were only pulled up to his hips which meant she could see his muscular, broad chest. Did he think she was that easy to impress? Maybe. She wasnât, though, which he was about to learn.
âYou just gave me the best night of my life,â she said.
