The process of regressive cell-singing normally starts with the participant making a wish, giving, in a way, the higher energies permission to work. This declaration is important, because neither the listener nor the power of the spirit has the right to infringe the integrity that the singer establishes through this initial wish.

Before the formulating process starts, it is useful to establish where the singer’s true trust lies.

Does the singer feel secure leaving their wish as ‘the release of what is most important right now’, implying that they trust in an all-knowing power that knows best? Or does the singer need to control part of the process and express their own specific wish?

Most participants have no doubts. Some will have complete confidence in the higher plane, but the majority will feel more comfortable formulating a personal wish or prayer.

The degree to which the singer trusts the listener will depend on how much contact he or she has with the Note from Heaven. Can the listener support me if I fall and need to be picked up? What characterizes a good listener is that they have full confidence in the Note from Heaven.

Getting in touch with the Note from Heaven will dissolve any fear of the unfamiliar and supernatural, because the higher powers are integrated as a natural and positive part of our consciousness. We are never alone. Help is always available. The higher powers are cherishing us and we can contact these powers at any time. They are our superstructure, our internet.

Before a singer’s consciousness can expand, his or her pain body must be ready to let go, so that it will be able to resonate with the higher-vibrating frequencies. I have seen several examples where course participants have had heaven placed at their feet, but they were not ready to embrace it.

‘But the kingdom is in your centres and is about you. When you know yourselves then you will be known, and you will be aware that you are the sons of the Living Father. But if you do not know yourselves then you are in poverty, and you are the poverty.’
