No bake easy cake recipe to enjoy

If you want to prepare a cake in the middle of the summer season, this is the cake to make. You will not have to turn on your oven and heat the kitchen or entire house! But you can still serve to your loved ones a very special and sweet treat.

Ingredients:

1 package vanilla pudding mix

2 cups almond or cashew milk

1 cup chopped milk chocolate or dark chocolate if that’s your preference

1 graham crust pie (deep)

Servings: 4-6

Preparation time: 45 minutes

Method:

You will be impressed how simple this cake or pie is; however you want to call it.

Use your electric mixer to combine the vanilla pudding mix and the milk.

Meanwhile, in the microwave, melt the chocolate (usually 1 minute is plenty)

Pour the vanilla pudding in the graham crust and then proceed to drizzle in the chocolate, creating marble designs.

Place in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
