5. Take your left knee up between your hands and bring the lower part of your leg across the midline of your body. Slide your right leg back behind you as far as you can do so comfortably.
6. Slowly bring your chest down to your left knee. Then, using your arms, press into the floor and turn and look over your left shoulder. Continue to press into the floor until your arms are straight.
7. Repeat the movement again with your left leg forward.
Seated Flow
The Seated Flow is simple but dynamic, stretching almost every major muscle in the body. This gives the mind the opportunity to release stress and repetitive thought patterns through the central nervous system and out the body. Remember to take long deep breaths throughout this sequence, focusing on your exhale as a way to clear tension.
