Sales reps have incredible autonomy and latitude in their jobs. They hold positions of trust but occasionally you will come across a sales rep that may be cheating on mileage, expenses or sales calls. This is a sign that they have breached not only your trust but, the trust of the company.

In my experience, if you smell smoke it usually means there is a fire raging. If you find a breach don’t stop. If you dig deeper you will find 10 more issues that you never even suspected.
