BANANA BREAD IN A MUG

INGREDIENTS

~ 3 Tablespoons of Self-raising Flour

~ 1 Tablespoon of White Sugar

~ 2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar

~ 1 Egg beaten

~ ¼ Teaspoon of Vanilla essence

~ 1 Tablespoon of Oil

~ 1 Tablespoon of Milk

~ 1 Small mashed Banana

DIRECTIONS

1. In a mug, combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar and mix well.

2. Add beaten egg, mix and then pour vanilla, oil, and milk. Add mashed banana and mix well.

3. Pop in microwave and cook for 2-3 minutes or so until done. Check once after 90 seconds.

TIPS: If using plain or all purpose flour add ¼ teaspoon of baking powder.
