500 g (1 lb) beef rump steak, trimmed and cut into strips

1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped

1 garlic clove, chopped

5 cm (2 inch) piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and cut into matchsticks

1 lemon grass stalk, trimmed and sliced

100 g (3½ oz) sugar snap peas

8 baby corn, sliced diagonally

6 spring onions, sliced

2 pak choi, roughly chopped

juice of ½ lime

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon no added sugar fish sauce
