Referring to photo, with the black frosting tube, draw lines for glasses and add a mouth. With the white frosting tube, squeeze 2 circles of frosting inside the glasses for the whites of the minion's eyes. Add a black frosting dot in the center of the white. Gently press the twinkie into the frosting cut side down.

Optional - Use chocolate sprinkles for hair, if desired. Can also be made with just one larger eye. Yield: 12 cupcakes.
