Flatulence - lemongrass oil provides relief from excess flatulence. Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, and massage into the abdomen in a clockwise direction.
Fluid Retention - dilute 7 drops in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil, and add to an Epsom salt bath. Soak for 20 minutes. Lemongrass oil helps to remove excess fluid from the body and reduce any swelling. Repeat daily until swelling decreases.
Focus & Concentration - diffuse 5 drops of lemongrass oil to clear any sluggishness from the air. Lemongrass helps to clear the mind, and help with logical thinking and concentration.
