Everything felt like a dream, like Iâd gotten lost in some timeless and spaceless place that contained nothing but Sasha and me.
My past, the person I really was, everything Iâd gone through existed outside of this moment. Instead, it was just the two of us, just whatever unlikely bond weâd forged between us.
And Sasha was a thing of beauty. She hid nothing from me, kept nothing away. Instead, she lost herself fully, opened herself, gave herself over to my care without reservation.
I shook away the thoughts, the fears. Leaving might be better for her, for us both, but I couldnât do it. It was pathetic and selfish and weak, but I wanted this no matter the consequences.
So I backed off enough to wrap my fingers in her leggings. I paused to stare at her, to give her one last chance to back out. No matter how much I wanted her, I wouldnât do this if she was uncertain at all.
She set her hands on mine and guided the fabric down her hips herself.
I didnât need any more permission than that.
I tugged her leggings down to her ankles, then over her bare feet. I tossed it all away, not giving a damn what happened to any of it, then braced myself.
Sasha was beyond lovely. She was wonderfully soft everywhere, with pale skin and light freckles that spread out over her chest. Her nipples had darkened from my attention to a deep pink, and her breasts rose and fell as she breathed hard.
She didnât have abs, wasnât covered in hard muscle like I was, and that drew me in. She was soft in all the places I was hard, gentle in the places I was vicious. She was the perfect opposite for me, and every inch of her excited me. Her hips flared out, slightly wider than her shoulders, and her thighs had enough thickness that I wanted to lavish them with attention, wanted to kiss each spot to discover where drove her the craziest. I wanted to claim her, to leave marks on all that flawless skin, to mark her as mine.
I set my hands on her knees and stroked up her legs in a teasing touch. âYouâre more than I ever expected,â I told her. I wasnât someone who normally spoke much, but something about her pulled it from me, made me desperate for her to understand what she meant to me.
Even if I couldnât tell her what she wanted to hear, it didnât change how I felt.
âThis isnât fair,â she complained. At my look of confusion, she went on, her voice almost a pout. âYou have me naked, but youâre still fully dressed.â
I rose from the bed and pulled off my T-shirt. I tossed it away, letting it join the pile of clothing on the floor. Next, I unhooked my belt, then undid the button at my waist as I toed my boots off. I removed the jeans along with my boxers and socks, wanting to get all the
