“Yo, Tish is gonna beat your ass, Rell. I don’t know why the fuck you’re so calm, bruh.” Lay pulled from the blunt that he was holding and then passed it off to me.

We were both sitting in his room while I waited for my next appointment.

“Tish ain’t gon’ do shit but be mad. It’s business, bruh. You know how I feel about that,” I said calmly as I held in the smoke that I had just inhaled.

“What the fuck ever. You’re right about one thing, she’s gonna be mad, but you know as well as I do that it’s going to be more than her just being mad. You spent an hour between the legs of a fine ass female whose pussy was in your face and at your fingertips. Your wife is crazy as fuck, and old girl just put your ass on blast. If you think that Tish is gonna just be mad, then you’re crazier than she is. Tish is gonna fuck you up, Rell, and when that shit goes down, I’m putting my money on her. Real shit. You’re my nigga and everything, but I think she’s gonna beat your ass for this one.”

Lay was right. Tish was about to be in my shit, but regardless, I knew how to handle her. I was just mad as fuck that Corrie’s home girl was on that sneaky shit and recorded me when I asked her not to. That was the downside to being serious about my work. I didn’t have a clue that she even recorded that shit, and then for Corrie to go tagging me and the shop in her post really fucked me up.

I didn’t even keep up with the social media shit. I only had it because it was good for business, but I didn’t even maintain it. Tish did, which was why her ass was all over it. Tish had more pictures of herself and Kree on my page than there were of me, and it was my shit.

I barely even knew the passwords to log in, but she kept it on her phone. I was cool with that, though, because it wasn’t my thing. Tish was always posting pictures of us, or me and Kree. I loved my wife, and everyone knew it, so I didn't have a problem with that. What I had a fucking problem with was the fact that Corrie’s stupid ass posted those got damn videos and then tagged me. I was actually surprised that Tish wasn’t already on my line or here in my face going the fuck off. It was coming though, which was why I was enjoying this high. I knew that I was going to need it to deal with her.

Rell, your next appointment is here.” Val stuck her head in Lay’s room after she stopped at the door.

I nodded without looking up at her.

“Damn, Val, where the rest of your clothes at?” Lay asked, causing me to actually look her way.

“What you mean? I’m dressed.
