They will probably give you a list. Recently, I had something that I wanted to change at work, but I could not think of how to do it. Just thinking about it every day for a couple of weeks helped me to finally come up with some ideas. I think they represent a partial solution, and I will now run my thoughts by others to fully develop those ideas.
