Where I was asked was I there when Mike’s Grocery was burned and I replied, “Yeah,” I meant that I was at Reverend Templeton’s house and saw Mike’s Grocery burning from Reverend Templeton’s back yard. When I was asked did I see who burned Mike’s Grocery and I replied, “Yeah,” I meant to say “No.” I did not participate in the burning of Mike’s Grocery and I did not see who burned it.39
