Xavier didn’t give a fuck about what was said in the press about him, but Elijah had a business to run that thrived on public appearance.

At first, Xavier and Corrine couldn’t figure out how the hell evidence had been found that connected Elijah to the murder. But they later found out that DNA had been collected when Elijah was arrested for beating Tony’s ass. His bloody hands were cleaned at the precinct, and those dirty motherfuckers tested his DNA. It matched a sample found at the crime scene. Since they initially didn’t have enough evidence to obtain a warrant for the brothers’ DNA, they didn’t have a match. But now they did.

Xavier and Elijah swore they’d been careful, but that just goes to show that you can never be too careful when committing a crime, especially murder.

Xavier had come to terms with what he had to do to protect his brother and his family’s legacy. It was Elijah who pulled the trigger that night, but he did it to protect Xavier. So, Xavier would take the fall for this one. He had to. He couldn’t let his brother go out like that.

Since Xavier was going to turn himself in, he had the great idea that he needed to get some pussy before he was locked behind bars. It would have been heaven if he could have had his dick up in Giselle right now, but she wasn’t answering his calls.

He’d been trying to locate her ever since Raven told them about Giselle being high.
