You Have Leads, How Do You Know if You Have a Real Deal?

Once you start letting people know what you do, the leads will start coming in. So how do you know if it’s is a real deal? A seller calls you, or returns your phone call, you get through the initial pleasantries, and when you ask them “How much do you want for your house?” they tell you $80,000. Now what? Is this a good deal? The real answer is yes, it is a good deal, because you at least have a number to start working with. So lets dig into it, because every property has different exit strategies. We touched on this a little bit earlier in the book, some of the exit strategies are, you could sell to:

A fix and flipper

A private landlord looking for rentals

A hedge fund building a portfolio (these are the groups from Wall Street with a bazillion dollars)

Joe and Jane Homebuyer
