What is your pie in the sky? Ours is owning fifty properties in fifteen years, generating at least $30K of passive income per month. The question: is that achievable? And what planning do we need to do in order to achieve it?

If done right, our investment can be passed from generation to generation, helping our children and their children achieve their goals through our hard work.
