We live in a sea of constant exposures, and our pets often bear more of the “body burden” brunt because they are closer to the ground and cannot take many of the same kinds of precautions we can to reduce or mitigate those exposures.

Open up your shades in the morning, and turn off the lights, computer, router, and TV at night.

Twice-daily sniffaris—one in the early morning and another in the evening—are great ways to reset your dog’s biological, circadian clock.
