Statements 5 and 7 are feelings. The rest are thoughts. Go back and look at the ones you missed. For example, the statement “I feel like a failure” is a thought mislabeled as a feeling. The feelings that go with thinking you’re a failure might be sadness, despair, embarrassment, or shame. See whether you can change the sentence to state the thought and the feeling(s) separately—for example, “I think I fail at most things I do, and I feel embarrassed and sad that I was fired from my job.” If this was a real example from your life, it would be helpful to state things in this way rather than “I feel like a failure,” because you could then check the facts to see whether it was true that you fail at most things you do, as well as address the embarrassment and sadness you just accurately expressed.
