All manuals for appliances and mechanical systems will be placed in your kitchen drawers.

At your walk through, you should review any defects in your home. Your builder will make a complete list of these items and you will be asked to sign the document stating the items you will require to be corrected. Your builder will also have you initial various items that you have reviewed, such as:

Scratches or defects on your countertops

Scratches on your windows

Dings on your front door

Please make sure you have reviewed these items carefully. Your warranty does not include damage caused by your movers.
