Further over, in the same restaurant, Shanice was seeing the whole drama unfold. And she couldn’t believe it. She was having lunch with her husband Andre, and she hit the hand he was eating with. “Dre look!”

“What?”

“Look!”

Andre looked where she was looking and saw a gorgeous lady at a table with Teddy. “He’s having lunch with a white girl. So what?”

“Look at their hands.”

He saw the woman caressing Teddy’s hand, and Teddy letting her.

“Look at his pants,” Shanice added, and Andre looked at Teddy’s midsection. Teddy had tented. “Ah, man,” he said. “You know her?”

“Never seen her before in my life,” said Shanice. “What is Teddy thinking?”

“I don’t know,” said Andre, as they both kept looking. “I heard he got around before he met Nikki, but I thought that kind of behavior was in his past.”

“If Raven and Kyle were here they’d be so happy. ‘Told you Teddy didn’t give a damn about Nikki. Told you so!’ I could hear’em now.”

Andre pointed his fork at his wife. “You stay out of it,” he said to her.

But Shanice didn’t say a word. If Nikki caught Andre getting all cozy with some floozie in a restaurant to the point of getting an erection, she’d expect Nikki to let her know all about that shit too. But around her husband, she didn’t say a word.
