Call Using Your Favorites and Frequently Contacted List
In the Phone app, tap Favorites.
The Favorites screen appears.
The upper section of the Favorites screen shows the Favorites list.
The Frequently Contacted list appears below the Favorites list.
Tap the contact you want to call.
Note: If the Make Call To dialog box opens, tap the appropriate number. You can then tap Mark as Default to use the number as the default or tap Just Once to use the number this time only.
You can tap Information () to display the contact’s information instead of placing a call.
The Phone app places the call.

How do I turn a contact into a favorite?
Tap the contact’s name on the Contacts screen to display the contact record and then tap the Favorites star ( changes to ).
To remove a contact from the Favorites list, you can display the contact record and tap the Favorites star ( changes to ). Alternatively, display the Favorites screen and then tap and hold a favorite you want to remove. Phone displays a check box for each favorite. Tap each favorite you want to remove ( changes to ) and then tap Remove.
